Help Us Test Honey for Glyphosate Residues!

Is Our Honey as Pure as We Think?

Overseas studies have found glyphosate residues in a wide range of commercial honey brands—including those labeled organic. In some cases, levels exceeded what regulators consider safe. Yet here in New Zealand, no recent independent testing has been done to see what’s really in our honey.

We’re raising funds to test five different honey brands for glyphosate residues. Lab costs are approximately $550 ($106 per sample x 5 plus courier costs). Once we have the results, we’ll publish them on our website for full transparency.

Your support will help us take the first step toward uncovering the truth—will you join us?

Update: We’ve reached our initial goal of $550—thank you!

But we’re not stopping here. Every dollar raised above this amount will go toward our next round of independent testing—likely bread or breakfast cereals (we’re still deciding). These are everyday staples, and we want to know what’s really in them.

Your continued support helps keep the momentum going. Let’s keep uncovering the truth—one test at a time.

We’re not a big organisation with deep pockets. We don’t have a fancy office or a team of interns — just a few concerned Kiwis volunteering our time to protect what matters.

So far, this campaign has been entirely self-funded. But testing isn’t free — even honey, which is one of the most affordable products to test, still costs around $550 for five samples once lab and courier costs are included.

Every dollar goes directly toward uncovering the truth and sharing it publicly. If you can help, we’d be grateful.

We all deserve to know what’s in our food. This is a great first step.
